I switched my electric generation supplier to PALMco Power Dec. after a phone conversation with a company representative. I was ASSURED by this rep (yes, it was verbal) that PALMco's KWH price would be competitive with Met-Ed's price, usually being less. I was told that on RARE times PALMco's price would be A BIT higher. My July bill showed Met-Ed at. 0696 / KWH and PALMco at. 11995 / KWH.— Over. 05 higher! OK I paid it. One of those "rare" times, right? My August PALMco KWH charge went up to. 16775268! Up
. 098! Yes, that is almost 10 cents / KWH above the "going" rate of perpetually high priced Met-Ed. I received NO answer when trying to call PALMco "customer service". I also emailed them an got NO response. I am in the process of changing suppliers, which can't be done until my next meter read in Sept. I expect another HUGE bill.
