The comment from the person above describes exactly what happened to my 89 yr old mom: (She is going to the bank tomorrow to try and sort this out. She has been charged $200 from Lorelia as well as ANOTHER $200 from a company called Alore, which I expect is connected. I would suggest the person above contact bank/credit card company ASAP and see what recourse she has. Apparently there is a third company as well, Levola, also involved? Such a shame that people stoop to such levels!
