Like so many, I received an offer for a $1500 loan. I was instructed to purchase a green dot scratch card for $237. The first of 6 payments. After much thought, I realized that there was no contract to sign and they insisted on getting the first payment in advance. If you carefully look at the agreement, you will see some clues that give them away as a scam. The verbage and spelling left a lot to be desired. When I called them and asked for Linda White, I got a direct line and she answered the phone with just 'hello'. They do not have a 800/888 number and no extension number. The 2nd time I called, she answered with the name of the company. I asked for Mike Richards and she passed me on to him. He assured me this was not a scam but was aware that there was negative feedback. There is a legitimate company by the same name, my next move would be to take the email and loan offer into their store and check to see if they are aware of this group using their business name.
