I losed my phone. And call to att to claim. I have insurance with 2 years contect. The att ask me lot of question about my someone who my family relative. Why. It is so crazy. And i confuse. Because that is personaly for someone who secrect information... If att ask me the phone contect information, that is ok to answer right? It ask me with out the phone infromation those question it is trouble. Right? Don't forget I have insurance with the contect... So att it is unblelive that service to wast me lot of time for those and not be file to claim my phone? So why I need the insruance??? I should continu to complain the att... Untill I can file and claim my phone with my right..
