Mark was supposed to diagnose my sons car and call me back. When he called back, he had completed the work that i never authorized - (after i complained, he tried to drop the price to 300.00)- obviously an admission of guilt to me. He was specifically told on more than one occasion, and I quote "Look at the car and get some idea of what it will take to fix it and call me back before you do anything to the car."
This guy is in the wrong - I know he is doing it on purpose to rip me off, this guy is also rude and sexist. He should be ashamed of his dirty practices. Now he won't do anything and is holding my sons car hostage.
