Citibank for home depot very rude asked about my house how much it was worth and asked were my sons fathere was and why don't i have a jo

I had a letter from this company and i called to let them know that i have gotten the letter i have been paying 10.00 a month to this company and i have no lost my job it h as been 3 weeks and when i was talking to the rep about my problem he had to ask were is ure sons father i told him that was not of his buniess were my sons father so i told him what happened. Then he keep asking me how much is ure house worth i told him i have no idea i am still paying on it then he asked me when was i getting a job i said hello i was let go after 10 years being with a company what do u want me to do then he asked me again well can u borrow money from freinds and family can u take it out of ure 401 k i said no and we would not stop giving up he keep going and going made me really upset so what do i do about this should i call and complain to his sup or what i have no job i can pay what i can this is a unsecured debt they can't do a dang on thing when they have been expecting the check and cashing them what do i do
