I ordered the trial pack of Bellagenix and Veloura for $4.99 each on the 12/04. The amounts went off my credit card roughly converted to R 35.00 each. Which was fine, no problems there. I received emails confirming that my order was shipped on the 17/04.
Still waiting for the trials.
On the 10/05, I received a text message from my online banking service, First National Bank of South Africa, informing me of a debit to my credit card of R937.39, roughly about $95. I was horrified, because I had not even received the trial!
Immediately got on the phone with my bank and onto the fraud department. They have cancelled my credit card, as there was another debit from these people for the Veloura product that didnt go through. To say I am disturbed about this, would be putting it lightly. I did some research and found that when you order the trial, they actually will keep billing you and supposedly send you the product until you cancel your order, which was never placed! Your placement order of the trial, kind of gives them the go ahead to supply you indefinitely with their products. I might add, some women have never received their goods at all and are getting debited for this. My advice is this, cancel your credit card, get your card re-issued and be extra vigilant about ordering goods online with your credit card. This was my first purchase with an overseas company and I am scared silly, traumatized and frustrated. Chances of me recouping that money are slim. They should be brought to task and shut down. They have mislead the public and are operating using marketing gimics. Underhanded and pathetic.
Its listed under their auto ship program, which I might add, was not there when I ordered my creams. All in a huff and extremely unsatisfied!
