I ordered a 14 day trial of Veloura and Bellagenix on December 30 for USS$4.95 each. Up to this time have not received these products. Worst, i just found that Veloura and Bellagenix charged $99.95 each on my credit card without my permission on Jan. 20.
I emailed both companies initially to follow up my orders and later, to cancel my orders but have not received any replies. What can I do? I cannot call their hotline because I live outside the USA.
