I purchased a Tv through Roman Ogourtsov who assured me he is not the owner. Ulyana Brunet is the owner evidently. Anyways, I reluctantly wired money to Roman with promises of a Tv I'm return. After a month still no TV. I was told it was in Dallas but after ten days he still couldn't find a carrier to bring it to me. I volunteered to drive to Dallas at my own expense and pick it up, but was told that was impossible because the warehouse wouldn't allow it. At this point I requested a refund. I was told that would take two weeks as well. A month later still no refund. I even offered them a settlement deal. I contacted the Better Business Bureau, but he responded to them that he had worked it out with me... More lies. I told him I was going to contact the Attorney general stuff and he requested that I not due that because it would slow down the process. So I urge everyone being scammed to do exactly that. These people should be put out of business and deported. He has also started a mirror Site at ordertvnow.com so beware of that too. Funny thing is the sites have the same contact numbers but different addresses. Don't be fooled!
