To whom it may concern:
i switched to at&t feb, 25 for my small business and it has been nothing but problem one after another. I called many times and they been trying to fix it. At one time the fax was not working by the time that was fixed then the bill comes and was over charged and they said o it is only the first month for both phone & u-vers, next month every thing will be fine, that was in march then april & may comes more features and more charges all i want it is two lines one rolls over for fax and mail box to leave a message and it is supposed to be win back! What a great win? My charges should be 45.00 for u-vers and $60.00 for both phone lines 7.00 for voice mail 8.00 for international plan tax and others so not more than 95.00 give and take. First month was 147.90, april was 216.85 and may is coming i called them to day 5/9 they told me the bill was not corrected and on top of that they disconnect my phones. I have salons calling my cell phone and stopping by for their order. I am so up set with at & t will never recommend them to any body what a mistake and i have my cell phone too which i will switch that too.
