We went to the PGR Preview centre in Orlando Florida for Presentation and tour on 6 April. The customer service officer asked me to fill in our income and he asked, is my husband influent in? I answered that he speak English but not influent. The officer told us that, "You don't have to attend the Presentation and tour ". Then on 16 April the company took 450 USD from my credit card. I rang them, they said because we did not attended the presentation.
Very disappointed of how they tried to take the money from the customer.
