I contracted with this company on January 22 to have them find me remodification, via government assistance, of my home mortgage. The remodification was to occur no later than March 22. It is now May 7 and they have accomplished nothing. I have paid them $7,000 plus dollars and they have not performed anything they promised in their contract. I was coached to not pay my mortgage payments because if I did, I would not qualify for the remodification. I am now $25000 behind, with foreclosure on my home iminent.
