I have been being charged 9.47 twice plus a refund not given, call the 1 st time and talked to Rachel 'Smith who said she would take care of it and my credit card would be credited did not happen 2 nd call talked to George 'Smith' the supervisor said he would take care of it gave me a reference number and did not.
