I understood from your advertisement that this cleanup would be free. I think your advertising is aimed at tricking people into thinking they have thousands of errors, which, in fact, they do not. To me this seems like a scam—or at least fraud. That I know of, you have not charged me, because when it came down to finishing, you wanted money. That's when I searched to find how to contact you. I am going to look at your Removal instructions, and remove. You may contact me by my e-mail, but I am NEVER going to fall for this again. I may be old, but I am not dumb. Please erase all information you have on me from your files and records.
