I ordered a $4.95 sample at $99.00. At the end of the documentation it said I had 18 days to call and cancel. I did call on the 14 day from when I ordered it, and I was told I had only 14 days to cancel and the day I orderd counts the first day. So what they are saying is that you have 13 - 24 hour periods in which to cancel. I asked him what country he was in, as every time I called to speak to a manager they all moderately spoke English. I did document on the final draft in my dayplanner the exact time that I must call.
This may be a good product, I do not know... There is not enough time to use it; I think they want your first $99.00 billed. If it was really a good product, I think they would be concerned with customer service. The ultimate goad is not the product, but to get into your bank account.
