I don't want your product, I also bought it for my mother, she is not opening it, just returning it, I am sending mine back, I used it a couple times, as a trial, as stated, not as a commitment, I plan to be fully reimbursed for both trial purchases, and no further charges shall be taken from my cards. That would be seriously illegal. You will have your products back within the time limits, and I want my card numbers off your website and no other charges made.
