Received wrong item. Company won't correct error

On September 21 I posted an internet purchase at Maxwigs.com for just two (2) Easihair hair pieces. The merchandise i.D. Quantity for that hair items I requested is EH-679. The item label is “Indulge”. The deal came on Friday, September 29th.

I had been home once the bundle was shipped via USPS at roughly 1:30 PM. I popped it instantly and discovered two (2) Easihair hair-pieces, neither which match the explanation of the things I requested. The hair-pieces which were delivered to me are item i.D. Quantity EH – 678. The item label is “Precious”.

I found the amount for that organization about the packaging ease and named them instantly. I acquired a registered information showing that due to the Halloween period, these were exceptionally active. The concept mentioned they might not consider my phone, but when I quit a note along with a telephone number my call could be delivered the moment possible. I also continued point and delivered a contact towards the organization. I suggested they'd delivered the incorrect products, and that I'm not thinking about the hair-pieces they delivered (which, incidentally, I currently possess). I requested they contact me and provide me directions to come back them (however fresh within their deals) at their cost, and possibly deliver the things I requested, or credit the quantity of the purchase ($32.25) back again to my charge card.

On Tuesday, September 30, I obtained the next mail from MaxWigs. “Dear Ms. *, thanks for the current mail. We do apologize profoundly for that wrong cargo, we've resent you out the right products and you'll possess a shipping day of tomorrow via UPS. Be mindful, Max Wigs Revenue Team.” I replied back instantly to appreciate them-and to request again for directions to come back the abandoned, unordered products.

I approached MaxWigs again the next evening (October 1) to inform them the purchase hadn't appeared. I delivered a contact and named them about the telephone. Again, I acquired the registered concept and quit another demand they contact me back the moment possible. They neither replied to my mail or my telephone call.

I called MaxWigs again on Friday, October 2nd. I told them that I still hadn't obtained the things and again, required they contact me. They didn't.

I sent a contact to MaxWigs on Friday, April 3rd at 1:30 AM, the moment I came home from work. I again mentioned that I'd not obtained the alternative purchase, requested them to contact me concerning the issue, as well as required a tracking number. Additionally, I requested for directions to come back the things which were delivered in problem. I told them that I've no purpose of absorbing the price of their mistake, which easily didn't get a reaction from their store about that issue from the end-of the company time, that I'd need to suppose they weren’t thinking about fixing their error and might send the problem elsewhere. Again, there is no reaction.

I simply visited their site again-this day to make sure item product quantities. It seems they have eliminated the marketing for that product that I requested which is no more available. Nevertheless, I still possess the backup of my initial purchase and also the packaging slip which was closed. It's my reckon that the things weren't in-stock after I put the order, and they chose to exchange the nearest thing-they had, instead of inform me they might not satisfy my order. The things were delivered from Real Offer, Inc., 7777 Greenback Lane, Ste. 200, Citrus Heights, CA 95610. The company permit suggests the broker for support of procedure (possibly the operator) is Matthew S. Lindholm.

Their business plan does, actually, show there are no discounts or returns; nevertheless, it was their mistake, not mine. I had been particular about my purchase, and had I obtained what I'd requested, I'd not be publishing this today. Their plan also says that should you challenge the purchase together with your charge card organization, that we plan to do, they'll bill your card for $75 to protect the price of their study. I wasn’t worried about their guidelines since, when I mentioned, I had been purchasing precisely what I needed. The purchase was proper from my viewpoint. MaxWigs and Real Offer have been in problem.

I'm just seeking the proper products be delivered, or when they can't match the purchase as posted, I'd like my card acknowledged for that costs. I'm also seeking they inform me just how to return (at their cost) the unopened items which they delivered in problem. I'm never thinking about replacing the things they delivered for that items which I requested.in my opinion this is just a reasonable demand, and that I also genuinely believe that they're preventing my efforts at further conversation.

I called them again today. Again, I had been welcomed from the saving. I also delivered 2 emails. The very first was to state my problem over my accusations this was a lure-and-change; the Next mail was to inform them that they're in breach of the California Company and Careers Code, needing web retailers post their block address and operator info on their site. They've not answered.

I've since submitted grievances using the BBB, Consumer Affairs, rip-off reviews and my charge card business. Even when Maxwigs solves my criticism satisfactorily, I'll avoid them-and all the sites they're working under different titles.
