I had googled *apple* and this yahoo company was the first to come up. I called, asked the lady if I was reaching apple, she said YES! She tells me there will be a flat charge of $199 to fix my ipad mini and the whole sales pitch... I finally get sent to a "tech" guy and he goes on and on about apple no longer covering anything so this $199 would be buying tech support... Blah, blah, blah! I was mislead into thinking i was speaking to APPLE company! It did not take me long to figure out this was not right. I am totally cancelling my credit card so no charges go through from them! What a nightmare and how can they get by with this misrepresentation? Has the attorney general been contacted in the state this company is located? More has to be done to get these people shut down! Fraud!!!
