I had a charge of 19.95 to my acocunt (DEBIT PURCHASE DIETINST AUSTIN TX). I never authorized this charge. This came through on 5/3. I called the company and the automation system said that it recognized my phone number and then said my name and asked if I wished to cancel my account. I didn't know that I had an account with them??? I canceled my account, but I wonder how they got my information???
