I noticed a charge on my credit card statement yesterday from DIETINST Austin, TX in the amount of $19.65. Since I didn't authorize the charge and have never heard of the company, I called my card company to dispute. Citi referred me to the 'Merchant, ' DIET Instructor whatever they are, who 'cancelled' my subscription I didn't buy in the first place but the charge hasn't dropped off of my card account yet. The lady at this scam company had ALL of my personal information... And told me it was manually entered during enrollment. This is untrue of course. Cancelling my card next.
