I ordered a trial of wrinkle cream from this company and didn't send it back with thr time frame so I got billed 189. I called the customer service number which I had to find here because the emais they send have a non existant 888 number instead of the real 18669771412. Shady and sneaky. When I finally got through I spoke with a lady named Natasha who couldn't have been more condescding and rude! I was so appauld by her insulting tone. She literally said to me It's Not My Fault You Should Read Before You Buy. Just like that. When I said I was going to contact my attorney she said Go ahead we hear that all the time and your lawyer is going to tell you the same thing I just did that its your fault because you didn't read. How rude!!! This company and their service is such a sham. The sad part is I really liked their cream. And would of wanted to buy more but not like this and not if "Natasha" if that's even her real name is who I have to buy from. Next time ill buy through amazon.
