Casual Mist web page (linked over from Sears site) claimed that a gift would be sent for payment of $5.95 shipping and handling only if a survey was completed. I completed the survey, Casual Mist sent the gift, and charged my credit card $5.95. Problem is that later they charged my card $95.00. When contacted for on explanation of the charge they claimed that the gift was sent for a 14 day trial and that once that time period elapsed the full purchase price would be billed and no return of the gift would be allowed. This is false. The web pages that I viewed gave no indication that I was signing up for a subscription. These guys are criminals and should be prosecuted.
