While visiting the Kohls Store website I was asked to participate in an online survey. I did so and then was invited to receive a free gift for my participation. All I was required to do was to pay the "shipping and handling" I was not informed of anything else except that my gift would arrive shortly. There was never indication that this was not a Kohls Store survey nor that there were any other strings attached. I discovered the theft of my money when I saw the charge of $95.00 on my Visa debit card this month.
I have attempted to retrieve my money through my bank, but they were sent a list of the "terms and conditions' that were not given to me. I have the confirming email from them and they are not stated there either.
