This $15.62 was supposed to cover a Lowe's or Home Depot gift card that was never mailed. Other benefits mentioned by the Indian salesman were promised but never materialized. Salesman was extremely aggressive. When I hung up he called back repeatedly trying to close the deal with me. Wanted all kinds of information he had no business asking for.
