Called and stated would give me a loan then asked for me to put money on a pre paid card then called back and wanted more money said my money was frozen because they needed more money for the application fee then the $5,000 would go through in my account. They reedemmed the money from the pre paid card. When calling a man just answered and said hello then they give you to a guy named Spencer Watson
