I received a call from richard parker who stated he from the department of consumer affairs and business relations; he also stated that I broke a number of laws, that they were unable to collect money from my bank account, from a cash advance that was deposited (300.00) in my account in december he could not give me the exact date. He would not give me the number for the cash advance usa company that supposabley deposited the money in my account. He would not give me his address, all he wanted was money, he advise me to settle for 568.88 or he would send my account to the lawyers, he would not give me the lawyers name.
I looked the phone number he called me from (1-209-627-1180), it is an unlisted number, it is not with the department of consumer affairs and business relations. Meanwhile I have proof from my bank statement that I didn't take out a cash advance loan and no money was deposited in my account. This is definitely a scam!
