I rang the company on 1800839425 during the month of September re the cancellation of my Total Defense product as I did not require it any longer, and was told thank you with a few questions as to the reason, all was accepted and would be dealt with. On 26/02 my bank statement showed a debit of $189.99 for which I am seeking a refund.
