I ordered the day/night solutions and the cream on September 5. I sent an email to the email address provided by the company for cancellation on September 17. The terms and conditions state that I must request cancellation within the 14 day trial period. Clearly, I did. The company did not acknowledge my request until 3 business days later and immediately charged my card for $99.00 and $93.00 and indicated that my cancellation date was September 20 and I am not entitled to a refund. I have all documents printed to prove dates along with their terms and conditions. I responded to their email with these facts and requested a refund and they have yet to respond. I have also filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and will continue to file complaints until this is resolved.
