I purchased tickets on the web site, but the website changed the billing address to a bogus address. I am obviously concerned about potential fraudulent activity now. I tried to call Spirit but never got a person on line after being on hold for over 40 minutes. I sent emails to the email address I could find online and am waiting for an explanation of how this happened. I want to ensure my identify is not compromised.
I won't know if there is a monetary damage until I see what happens to my identity.
