I was sent an e-mail from a friend with a link to this company. It was a link to this company concerning their product. They made it look like it had been talked about and shown on the Dr. Oz show. I was curious to find out the cost and specials. Their web site was so confusing. I could not get just the different price packages. I saw their was a section to fill out shipping information. I filled it out and then you had to give them the credit card info. I thought this way I could choose the package I wanted or decide not to buy it. That is not how it worked. Their was no way to do anything. You had no choice in picking a package or finding out pricing. There was no place to cancel. I never OK'd or accepted terms of order so I just left the web site. A couple hours later I had a confirmation e-mail showing I had purchased $99.95 of product. The product is Garcinacamborgia and the company name showed as Skinny Again with a phone no. 866-794-8149
When I called their customer service to try to stop this from shipping I was told by a very unprofessional kid that it could not be cancelled. I asked for a manager and got no one but a hang up. I called back twice and same story. They must work off of a script.
Totally a scam and should be stopped. How they get away with this is terrible.
