On March 9th I placed an order for 4 items, a free gift was to be included with the order. Order was supposed to ship within 10-12 business days. Did not receive the order until April 5th. Opened the box, 1 item broken, I item looked like it had been hastily repackaged to ship (was improperly wrapped and had been opened and was out of its protective plastic bag!)... And the item I had wanted the most (a G-spot vibrator) was "back - ordered"! In addition, the *Free-gift was not the item the site stated it would be... Just a cheap little nothing!
After attempting to call the web site's INVALID phone number several times and contacting them via Email (with no response) I decided to see if the back ordered item would ever arrive. It did arrive on April 25th... Broken!
To top off the the day, my Credit card company contacted me to let me know the card had been scammed and over $400 worth of charges had been attempted after the NY based shipping company tried to charge a $20 fee for shipping the back - ordered Rabbit Vibrations item! Since this particular card had not been used for anything but the Rabbit Vibrations Web Site Order... The card company told me that the "scamming" resulted from this order!!! Fortunately they removed the scammed charged and I cancelled the card.
Lesson learned! This company is terrible, and I would NOT recommend it to ANYONE! Steer clear of this Scam Front.
