I went to their website to purchase a product in the amount of $460.86.
A couple weeks later I was told that perticular item was discontinued, so I intructed the sales person Ben to return the $460.86 back to my debit card so I could purchase what I needed locally.
That was never done. I have repeatedly requested that they return my money and it has not been done.
