I called to explain that I needed RMA to return trial veloura & Bella Genix as they don't agree with my skin, the person who I spoke with Jen 4037 was very unhelpful didn't listen and continued to talk over me, when I said I presume no money will be taken from my account she responded with we'll we may not recieve it back and we will take the money! I am returning both items today via recorded delivery so as I have proof of return and will keep an eye on my account. Order number1951805. Julie Notley
