I seen a advertizement on TV it sounded good so I went the Rabbit TV sight with the intention of spending $16.00 dollars. As I proceeded through their on line purchase rather then proceed to payment I choose to look into the reviews. After reading all the negative reviews I choose not to proceed and exited out of the page A few hours later I am sent a not able to reply e mail from Rabbit TV thanking me for my order for $47.00 I called there the working and not working toll free number and was told that nothing could be done on a Sunday to call back Monday at 9Am to which is what I did. I was told by a lady that it was cancelled and she even gave me a reference number. Today Thursday I get yet another non reply e mail informing me my Rabbit TV has been shipped. Again I call and this time the female customer rep said she would give me $5.00 off then $10.00 and the $33.00 for a order that I never proceeded to the pay now page and was originally only to be $10.00 plus shipping" The she said to me " let me keep $10.00 to which I said no and she hung up. All the time I have kept Master Card in the loop Rabbit have charged my credit card $30.00 more then what I thought I was spending. Master Card told me to refuse delivery when it did arrive This is nothing short of a scam Master Card was very well aware of this scam. Buyer Beware!
Master Card has reassured me they will not charge me as the entire process from Rabbit TV is a fraud.
