I ordered Rabbit TV with a 3 year service plan, additional Rabbit TV with deluxe warranty. None of the usb Rabbit TV things work. They say that they have 24/7 support, but never can connect to their website. This is most definitely a scam. I have 8 of these usb things and not one of them will work.
