Chips Bought Once, Then Charged Every Two Weeks for Months

My wife played a game online and purchased some chips one time only... From there on, Facebook has been charging my account regularly every two weeks... from $1 to $5. This has been going on for three months... They are just charging away 2 or 3 times every 2 weeks...???
