I signed up for a membership, was not notified by email whether I wanted to renew my membership or not. I had money taken out of my bank account without authorization today. The company needs to reimburse me ASAP. Good business practice is letting members know by email like they do everything else of their options to renew. They know members will forget to look at their account status, hence the constant automatic renewing. I am thinking this is how they really make most of their money. I never got much out of their company either. Too many scammers and people claiming they are someone they are not. The company takes matters in their own hands and send you emails stating someone is interested and then when you go on the website, no similar person is stating they are interested in your. Another way to keep you going back to their site. I have yet to experience meeting a "real" person on this kind of service.
