I was automatically charged $99 for a membership

I was automatically charged the $99 for a renewal membership. I went into "my information" didn't find a place in there to change or cancel anything. Nor did I find a place in the "renew and upgrade" tab. Under that tab it tells you "To upgrade or renew your account, simply choose the membership option that's right for you." no where on that page is there a place to cancel your membership. This tells me that it will upgrade, if i choose one of the options as there is NOTHING on the page about canceling... I only found out AFTER the second email to that you actually have to go to the common questions page, read that until you come to a link to go to your information, mind you, this take you to a totally different page then the tab that says "my information"

If this company was NOT in the practice of trying to rip people off, they would put the cancellation information right with the renewal information, they can't even put it on the page that says "my information" where you would think it would be.

I have reported this with my bank and will be contacting any other authorities I need to to get refund, including the attorney generals office. I am not interested in the services of this company. And if I knew that there was something else I needed to do I would have done it. If this company was practicing in good faith, and had a reasonable customer service, they would have no problem refunding money.
