Let me start by saying my husband has brain damage because he died twice in one day awhile back. My husband got onto my computer on March 15 or 16 and somehow entered his name and other personal information on an application for The Business Advantage Gold. I did not know about this until $99 was taken from my acct on March 28. I got the info from my bank and called this company the next day (they have a refund policy if you cancel in 30 days) I tried to do that and explained about my husband's condition and the person I spoke with flatly refused to issue a refund. I do have medical power of attorney at this time but I haven't gotten power of attorney for everything yet as we can't afford it. We are both disabled. Because of a severe back injury I can hardly walk at times. So this $99 is not monies we can afford to lose. I did try to call back and requested to speak to a supervisor and I was told that wasn't possible. If you can help us get that money back it would be greatly appreciated. We had to close the acct the money was taken from because of identify theft, so If we can get the money back it will have to be by check.
