I ordered a DVD box set of Spenser - For Hire and received acknowledgement of my order (#8123) on April 26. I was told to allow 2-4 weeks for my order to be delivered, with an estimated delivery date of May 16 - 20. To date (May 31) nothing has been received. My order was charged to my credit card and appeared on my statement as "TeagueTechnology".
Attempts to contact the support department as listed on my order acknowledgement as available "24 Hours a day, 7 Days a Week" have failed as the email address does not appear to exist.
