They called my aunt and knew her routing and checking acct no. She told them she was not authorizing anything. She called her bank and they were suppose to watch for anything. She received her bank statement yesterday and the bank had debited her account for the payment that the guy on the phone discussed. She is going to bank tomorrow to try to recoup her money. She is on a fixed income and cannot afford to not get this money back, How can this company keep doing this to elderly people? How can we stop them?
