I went to The US, Boston for a holiday, in 2012 November, I went to f.Y.E. For buying a music cd and a staff introduced me to use a f.Y.E. Card to get some discount for free in 30 days, even though I tried to tell the staff that I didn’t stay in The US just a tourist but she/he still said it would be fine to use it without informed me anything more, I am truly did not know that I already became a member after using it only 1 time.
When I came back to my home in Japan, so wonder why do I have to pay monthly fee, $11.99 from my credit card to whom I don known, then I found out from the credit card company that this amount it go to your company. After that I phoned to f.Y.E. Who is customer service of f.Y.E. Then I just have known that those amount are taken from my credit card for 5 times or 5 months because of the f.Y.E. Card.
I totally can not accept this unreasonable fee because I already repeated to the staff who told me to use the f.Y.E. Card that I was only a tourist and also he/she never mentioned to me that I had to pay for the fee after 30 days so I would like to get all my money back 5 x $11.99= $59.95.
