Laptop Sold to Canadian Buyer, 780.00 Payment Never Credited

I sold a laptop to a person in Canada, and the buyer used PayPal to send the money to me. I received an email from PayPal stating they had received 780.00, which would be credited to my account once I sent off the item and emailed them the tracking number. I did everything I was instructed to do, and I never received the 780.00 credit to my account.
