I purches a phone and paid my phone bill. It caused me 160.99 and my phone only worked for one day for two days its been saying no service as if my phone was cut off, it wont let me call out or text i complait about it went upto metro 3 times she sayd she coulendt do enything about it she sayd she couldent gemme my money bak cuz it was an upgrade, but i was not required that infact she did not make me sighn the recipt i fill i been cheated out of my hard working money my due date i may 3erd i needed myh phone to call my husband cuzi am due eny week now and hav no contacted to him if enythng happends its nt fair that i paid for a month of phone service and yet im not ale to use myh phone and i paid for service, a screen protector and a new phone and cnt use my phone its not fair at al custamers always right? Well not for metro pcs? I juss wnt my money back!
