The cost of service was increased by approximately 60% when a rate change was applied. There was no advance notice of this. I was told by a Verizon representative that the rate I have paid for several years should not have been applied to my account.
I was informed that Verizon does not have any documentation to inform me of any ending date for the price I had, nor support for the position that the cheaper rate was not ever valid for my service.
