I purchased this trial offer for 1.00 and they charged me repiteous charges on my debit card to over 100.00. It was a combo offer that included KNOCKOUTWHITE so it was actually twice that amount. When I tried to get them to refund me they would hear none of it. They claim that in order for me to get my money back I would have had to call them prior to 14 days after the order was placed and the item would have had to have been shipped back to them UNOPENED and at my expense! So my question is why would someone order it to send it back unopened. It makes no sense! Obviously they are desparate to get someone else's money. I am on disablity and this has cost me this month's groceries. Now I have no money left plus they have caused other charges to incur and I have several nsfs because of it.
