On April 15 I had my kitchen aid dishwasher serviced under the Lowes extended protection plan. At that time it was determined that the motor was not working properly. On April 17 I received a call from a lady named Nancy that it would not be covered, because it was still working. I was not the one who determined that it not working properly It was the service company that Lowes dispatched. Because of the failure to Honor the extended Service I feel that I am now due a refund of the Original purchase price of $713.57 including the extended service policy if this can not be done I now expect that my extended service be extended a additioal 5 Years at no cost to me. I purchased the protection plan so I would not have to worry about any failure. Now I am told that because it is still working It would not be covered. If the dishwasher was working properly why was the part ordered.
