We ordered a dress from luckydressshop.com for our daughter's prom, which is 4/19. The dress arrived on 4/15, with major defects. We emailed the company requesting a address to return the merchandise and a full refund and Emmy, as she calls herself, states they don't show any credit card actitvity for any delivery and that we may have confused it with luckydresses.com. We have email conversations of acknowledgement and at that time the only way of communicating was by email. When I checked luckydresses.com and called the 1-888-850-6668 number, Emmy as she calls herself, answered the phone. These are one in the same companies. As a result of not getting this resolved, we have to purchase another dress for our daughter. I only got a call, when I informed her that this matter will be turned over to the Attorney's General office.
