I ordered two kits and 5 bags of refills on the 3rd of April. I called 6 days later and they were lost. Then 2 more days yey tried to tell me it was my credit card but they had already been charged on my credit card. I called the 17th which was then almost 3 weeks later and them man promised me it would be resent with no charges. I was taken back when I checked my credit card statement today and on the 17th I was charged double! Every time I make a $100 order from these people they screw it up but this time they screwed me out of $102.00 on April 3rd and $126.47 on April 17th. Somebody better get me a whole lot off product or reverse the charges before I deside to SUE!
