March: We received the 2nd invoice of revised amount of $1,382.00 dated February 21 for the emergency services that my wife received at Bascom Palmer Eye Institute in Miami, and it is an increase of $352 which was not explained in the letter.
April: We received the 3rd invoice of revised amount of additional $552.00 dated March 24 for the same emergency services that my wife received without explanation.
They called me demanding the payment of additional $352 after we made payment already. Please advise where we can challenge their irresponsibility and exploitation of the patient.
